Personally, to give the benifit of the doubt to peace ,i would say there is not a snowballs chance in hell that the kurd ,sunnis and shiites will be able to come up with a plan to share an oil wealth that is not geograficly evenly distributed.

add in iran ,turkey ,saudi arabia and syria not to mention oil interests and you have all the ingridients for a disaster.

How about kurds and sunnis allied with saudi arabia against shiites and iran...and iran and turkey allied against the kurds ...and iran and the shiite allied against sunnis and saudies ...and syria and suadi arabia allied with turkey against iran ...and its all so confusing!
