This is true.

But thank you for coming off of your previous lie that Fitzgerald didn't think she was covert. He clearly did. Because he said so, and because he filed a motion saying so.

And the CIA also said she was covert. They referred the case to Justice. They provided the unclassified version of her employment history showing she was indeed covert.

These are facts. So when you say she was not covert, what are you basing that on exactly? Talking points?

So...there was no crime.....and we all know dems have no problem with perjury....so what's the beef?

Well speaking for myself, i have a big problem with perjury and obstruction of justice.

Scooter Libby was convicted of both.

Bill Clinton was never charged with or convicted of anything.

And as you keep reminding us: No charges = No crime.

Right?
