Ericsson has been accused of bribing, and here is an interesting document from 1998. The "consulting agreement" between Ericsson and Avor Investment (a Switzerland based company belonging to Turkcell board member Mehmet Emin Karamehmet), guarantees Avor Investment 10% of the price of imported material (FOB) of any contract entered into by Company (Ericsson) for the Project.
