York U = my alma mater. Concrete everything. I used to describe the campus architectural style as being done in "early cement".

Since it was the mid-70s I remember the sonofabitch cold walking across the common from student parking to the main lecture halls as much as anything else

Once in a long while I regret not following Marshall and sticking with my first academic love -- nuclear physics and astronomy -- but I sure had a heck of a lot of fun studying Music, History in Art, Sociology, Communications, etc., so those regrets don't last long.

Plus there were actual female students in those other fields!
