There is no upside to this war. It has been a plague since the beginning. But it’s one thing to lose a war. It’s much worse for a nation to lose its soul.

And that's how a 22 year old Afghan, the father of 4 kids....a simple farmer and part time taxicab driver, got tortured to death....so tortured the muscles in his legs looked like they have been repeatedly run over by a Mack truck. As long as I live, I will remember that incident.
