We lived in Buffalo for a few years, many moons ago. Some nice people, but we couldn't take the HOT summers nor the COLD and Major SNOWStorms there....He's from the East, but now is a confirmed Northwesterner.....Except he's a somewhat conservative Republican rare bird here...most everyone is just a degree shy of Jim McDermottville, and some are even farther to the Marxist pov.

But on a day like today so far, temp about 73 and a bit of a breeze with startling color blue sky....who cares....

We still manage to have fairly high humidity in winter which makes the temp feel even colder.

Let's see here...

High humidity in summer, makes the heat more oppressive.

High humidity in winter, makes the cold more biting.

And you live there by choice?
