This can also be looked as a shoulder of a large H&S pattern,
if one looks longer term. A rally off these levels would also
be normal, of course, but a break might indicate low 70-s
in a hurry, and 40-s eventually. I'd say it depends, and
wait and see for confirmation.

That's a nice chart. You can take it all the way back to 1983.

Type in the 1983 date on the chart you posted and the trendlines and other annotations are still there.
