mad? outrage?
I'm merely presenting facts.

Nestor used this pamphlet in his case.

He paid into Social Security in the 1930's and 1940's
when that pamphlet was current. His benefits were cut
off in the 1950's.

The first federal court actually agreed with Nestor.
The government then appealed to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court ruled against Nestor in a close 5-4 decision,
thus establishing the precedent that you have no legal right
to any benefits, and that the original government-issued
pamphlet was a LIE.
