Congress can cut off your head if they don't like your politics. What does that have to do with the solvency and effectiveness of SS? Congress can nationalize anything that's now private like utilities or health care. This is all a smokescreen because you have no answer for the fact that SS is solvent and popular and has been for 70+ years now. Don't you see how weak your case is when you're reduced to a pamphlet from 1936 and one guy from 1954? SD
