Thanks for finally stepping up.

It's a big distinction. In a plea bargain, you plead guilty (or no contest) to a crime. You've been convicted of a crime. In Clinton's agreement with Ray, no charges were ever filed, no admission of guilt, and no conviction of any kind.

Clinton admitted to wrong doing, not criminality and no charges were ever filed.

And as you and JLA have been saying about the Plame outing: "no charges, no crime..."
