Well you can keep lying till the cows come home. But this isn't opinion, it's fact. First, it was clear from very early in the investigation that Ms. Wilson qualified under the relevant statute (Title 50, United States Code, Section 421) as a covert agent whose identity had been disclosed by public officials, including Mr. Libby, to the press. This is not a press conference. This is a government filing in federal court. You can't honestly argue that Fitzgerald didn't believe Plame was covered by the law. It's just not credible. You're not credible. You're not being honest. SD
