My wife yelled at me last night for cooking bacon without the splatter shield on. I hadn't opened the bacon package yet.

Here's one. Lightly brown and season the chops. Add beef boullian to 2 cups of water and warm. Add a little butter. Put a cup of rice in a dish plus the water and the chops. Bake until the water is absorbed. Yummy.
