Just out of curiosity I looked up "poll canadians health care satisfied":

Apparently, according to a Harris poll, Canadians were the most satisfied with their health care of all industrial nations:

Its more than "just quibbling over this or that small point".

Also, the bit about Cuba in that quote you offered, is nothing but prejudice. No evidence; just prejudice.

It does certainly have an attacking tone. But I really don't see much to dispute about it besides the tone.
