What people are coming to understand is that FEDERAL governments powers should be limited as originally construed in the Constitution and STATES RIGHTS should be reestablished to their former dominance. Its pretty difficult for us INDIANS to have much say in Washington, but we can have more influence on a local level. On the other hand its pretty easy for special interests to rule in Washington but far more difficult if it has to be spread throughout the nation on a state by state basis. jdn
