Yes regime change in Iraq was the official policy of the US. But not by invasion and occupation. Clinton wasn't stupid enough to do that. Neither was Bush Sr. Only this Bush was that stupid and we're all suffering for it.

Regime change is also our policy for Cuba. But that doesn't mean invade and occupy either.

This is one little fact you can't seem to process.
