There's a lot of interest here in providing universal health care, despite Utah in general being a Bush-supporting, very conservative state. The state ALREADY provides universal health care to children here. I think a lot of people just know it's TIME, regardless of their politics. I think you're right. I think Americans are beginning to realize they have been snookered badly. And not just on health insurance. Even Jim Cramer who rarely says anything political, critized Snow for his whining about taxing capital gains.
