Paul was on KABC Los Angeles this morning.

In support of his view that we should immediately pull out Iraq he said, it worked fine in Nam after we left. Even the interviewer, who is quite liberal, noted that Paul either conveniently forgot or purposely left out the blood bath killings in South Vietnam and Cambodia after Nixon pulled out the troops.

Paul sounds like Carter, only a few years younger.

I don't think there's anyone here whose enthusiasm for McCain comes anywhere near your's for Paul. In fact most find him disgusting.

I like Paul, but my enthusiasm is restricted to his thinking - I don't really find him a credible candidate. More interesting to me is why so many here spew out vitreol towards him, when he has nothing but a positive very conservative voting record. To suggest as some have that his support is from the left to hurt the conservative candidates is silly, counterproductive and I would even go so far as to say shameful in its negativity. People don't send in money at this stage to candidates prophalactically. They also don't go around town putting up signs. Something he is saying is resonating with a lot of people - dismiss this is your loss not mine.
