Passing a law that requires apples to taste bad, is simply manufacturing a law to put a class of people in jail.

ie: those that like the taste of apples.

surprise:

Some people like drugs.
Passing a law will not change that.

The law is simply an excuse to jail a class of people.

Do we have enough money to do this?
Or will we need to raise taxes again and again?

New classes of people are becoming visible. Tobacco users, for example.
