Wars provide a lot of opportunities for criminals of all stripes. Even a quarter billion is chump change compared to the amount the Bushies have steered to their supporting corporations. We've flown planes full of pallets of new hundred dollar bills there to hand out. We're spending that much every DAY there..

Maybe not losing isn't the ONLY reason Bush fights so hard to keep the insanity going?

re: $282 Million Stolen in Heist at Private Bank in Baghdad ... "Several officials speculated that the robbers had connections to the militias, because it would be difficult for them to move without being searched through many checkpoints in Baghdad."

Just great. "The terrorists" have a 1/4 Billion US$'s.

Is that the biggest bank robbery ever?

Today, Bush had the audacity to say that Congress needs to stay out of the war....that's its for the military and the Commander in Chief to handle; that Congress's role is to provide the money. I never thought I would say this about an American president but if Bush were to come into a restaurant in which I was eating, I would 'boo' him. I do not know how Congresspeople keep a civil tone with him.
