Ted, > Besides, we are too big a country to have a small gov't. Its physically not possible. I believe it can be as long as we are zealous enough to keep government small and the needs of the citizens small. There will never be a time when citizens can be that zealous. Every bureaucracy from INTC to the federal gov't will have some fat. Its the nature of bureacracies. What citizens can do is elect the best people to represent them.......and then let them keep the fat to a minimum.
