My mistake. I meant to put Roberts. But I find Scalia so nauseating he always comes to mind.

I am a centrist of sorts when it comes to the court. I buy into roberts more than scalia in their recent tiff. I read the decisions that caused such a stir a couple of weeks ago. They were all decisions on the margins of issues. For instance the deseg case existed in a jurisdction that was integrated, not segregated and what the court found eggregious was bussing 5 year olds to fine tune the integration numbers to some abstact standard probalby created by the ktomis of the world.
