A president has a limited ability to positively affect the markets short term. Fiscal policy usually has its impact over time.

Although I've no idea why you care. Hoping I was short, I guess. I've don't see the point in wishing people ill, or gloating over their mistakes. Seems a cheap nasty thrill.

I'd expect someone who made a lot of money to be in a cheery more humane mood, but obviously not the Boyz of FADG. Just as ugly as ever, whether they make money, or not.

pinch of salt....the exchange rate takes away alot of that profit as dollar hits new lows.

in 2001 the dollar was at par with the euro...it has since lost a third of its value.

if one was in canadian dollars.....one would have had a ten percent gain this year on capital and income from the exchange rate allone...
