As to who, exactly, does the "big lie" thing best, we have this timely article: nytimes.com , posted in full by c.hinton in Message 23697284 . But W's "truth tellers" would never dream of conflating W's botched war in Iraq with 9/11, would they? No more that 3 or 4 times a day, anyway. That conflation is, of course, not to be confused with the "smoking gun/ mushroom cloud" WMD crap beloved by the sneerer in chief. So many big lies, so little time.
