Tele medicine was developed in 1990's and patented by CYBR Care.
Our daughter had just come down with Lukemia and I was very interested. I had also purched a company ( Penny Stock) MIOA which had become CYBR.
The major competetors were Panasonic, Kodak and a few others.
CYBR had developed with the help of a university, a way doctors and health workers could obtain face to face interviews with people who could not get in to the doctor or hospital. They had a on line blood pressure mechanism as well and solved a huge problem with those who chose to die at home or just get care with out visiting the building.
Walmart had signed on to the CYBR care system and it looked to be big. It went from .02 to over 40.00 a share.

Make a long story short, Certain people lead some reporters to believe that the company was crooked, while these certain people were shorting the stock into oblivion. Result is they beat the stock back into the sub penny, and now it no longer exists. The patents have been given to others and we have no tele medicine available.
Do some home work on CYBR, you will see.
These are my opinions only
