How much does the equipment weigh that they have to carry on the 12 mile in 3 hour march/run...??? Even without equipment, that's pretty impressive to most of us!!! Our young Military are just amazing!

Congrats to your nephew. Glad we still have young men like that. I still remember our TWENTY FIVE MILE march toward the end of our time in Parriss Island. In those days I was the assistant BAR man, which meant I carried ammunition etc. It was really bearing me down and I was afraid I might fail, but a strapping young man, dont remember his name anymore, just his face, reached over and lifted some of it off me. Maybe he was an ANGEL. (gg) jdn
