Their way of having a stealth draft. Its kind of amazing there is 70-80% consensus against this war from folks of such varied background and opinion. Biden and Scarboro this morning said they couldnt find 12 senators who think the surge will succeed. This is beyond being a FP argument anymore. Its about hubris and stupidity.
