read kunstler.com interesting as always (& I don't even think he is a rich socialist but nonetheless, interesting...always questioning; not a thing is sacred). I am a 'realist'...I grew up poor in Chicago. I only burn money on good looking women. I am concerned with 'unfettered capitalism', not socialism...leave my Social Security alone. The problem of Canada is the proximity to it's neighbor(s) of which I will not name out of fear of board retribution. Canada is too much the same as it's neighbor(s) with all too much of the same bs factor. I like the 'dated' infrastructure of Europe's socialistic big cities...interesting & livable, plus great mass transit to everywhere. besides, the EU$ is doing pretty good; the socialists must be doing something wrong.
