Iran Asks Japan to Pay Yen for All Oil, Starting Immediately

Sounds like no more than propaganda chitchat. No matter what currency Iran gets for its oil, they can exchange it in the markets into any other currency they may wish to hold - and they can get this done, basically, with the speed of light.
