Speaking only for S. Fla. I DONT think Fred can win Broward or Palm Beach Counties, Dade County would be a tossup as I am not sure how the Cubans down there are taking the failure of the immigration bill. Fred would probably outshine Rudy in the Bible Belt but not by a lot IMHO. Thus IMHO for the Republicans to win Fla. Rudy is the safer choice due to his tough stance on terrorism and support for the military, plus in the normally Dem. counties Rudy's lean toward the left on some issues might placate them. I cant imagin an Obama winning Fla. and Hillary would have a tough go of it. jdn
