World trade in Thomas Jefferson's days was a little different. -gg- I think Paul would pat his own back as being "Jeffersonian" -- I'm not sure Thomas would agree, were he alive in this day and age. I think TJ had foresight and vision that could adapt with time and circumstance. Paul's just "(too) old school" inre: trade and economics.
