" Can you tell me why Bush is placing so much emphasis on Al Qaeda these days? Mentions it dozens of times a day..... I can't tell you why Bush does anything. He can if he so chooses. I personally think Al-Queda is a serious issue. They were able to organize a country, that couldn't be conquered by all the empires of the world since Alexander. Their approaches are very effective. They did it in short order and in a fascist and brutal fashion. Other regions of the world were considering the model very seriously as an answer to western civilizations dominance ... they still do. The fact that you would say otherwise just to get another snipe in on bush is no news. ".....what's he trying to do?" His job.
