However it takes a principled populace to elect principled leaders. Extremism in partisan support gets us corrupt partisan leadership. We have no one to thank but ourselves. When we accept that responsibility and stop scapegoating leaders, we might start to see a difference. This is something i very much agree with. Politicians behave the way they do (pandering, partisan, cheap shot artists, etc.) because it works. The day we stop electing these types is the day they stop behaving that way. SD
