That as an interesting article. Made me think : What % of people who read books about value investing make money in the stock market? If I were interested in foreclosures would I take that course? I sure can't answer that from reading that article. However Im sure that there will be lots of boomers with capital looking for more income sources so I expect they have a pretty good base of potential customers to draw from, and kayasaki or whatever has increasing brand recognition.
