I don't know if you live near a TJ's (trader Joes), but they have a cool packaged lunch called the "Middle Eastern Feast" (at least I think that's what it is called.) It has falafels, and hummus, and pitas, and something else- can't remember what. I don't think it has tabbouleh, because I usually buy a container of that on the side.

I make the best hummus!Chick peas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and salt. Serve with pita bread (not the kind at a regular grocery store - get it from an internhational food store if possible). In the summer, put fresh raw white onions and mint in the pita bread, dip in the hummus, and you have a very special treat.
