Yep, and it's gotten worse lately since the CEOs figured out that they are NOT bondholders - so they screw the bondholders and long-term stakeholders of the company by levering up to buy back stock and jam their options into the money. Yet another case of "Heads I win, tails you lose", just like the hedge funds. All the incentive in the world to take risk with none of the responsibility end of risk-bearing. They'll do anything so long as it's "legal". Just another bunch of parasitic criminals. BC
