I wonder how the IHUB administrators are dealing with the lawsuit threats from Beebe? You already know how we deal with such nonsense. Threats of suits are nothing more than an exhibition of the lack of knowledge by the person making the threat. We treat it accordingly and if they persist, we remove them from the site. This next part is not directed at you specifically. Shelly, Matt and myself are going to be banning and/or suspending the accounts of users who are posting off-topic here and on iHub, including those who are abusing the TOU Report link. They will remain that way at least until I get back from vacation later next week.
