Always remember the saying...Don't believe everything you hear or read...and only believe Half of what you think you actually see..I think David Copperfield is the best example of this. but there are other forms of illusion in the world, and they happen every day..From Copperfield,,to Wall St...To the guy on the corner with 3 cards telling you to follow the queen..which in end is not even one of your options to pick from on the table.. I'm not arguing your whole post,,I agree with much of what you said..however the part about it not being smoke and mirrors..No One unless your an Exec for ACHI can say that...So no I don't think Everyone agrees with that,,,Do they have a plant up and running YES...but if that was their only business would your money be here Probably Not...So I'm "assuming" most are here for the LACC process...Now lets just say this isn't all its cracked up to be ( remains to be seen),,but if it isn't they could very easily do this reverse split get the share price up near .10 and just start selling again..and using the LACC process and the plant that is running as the Smoke and Mirrors...could collect a very nice retirement under the table so to speak...And mistakes like not seeing that this is a possibility is why majority of penny players loose their A**es over time..NOw I"m hoping that the above is not the case..again I already have a small position and will certainly be the first to add when I think the time is right...I'm just putting this out here because there are obviously some new folks to investing floating around out here and need to be aware of what can actually take place...Remember if the company wanted to dump a million shares tomorrow,,they would only get .01 cent or so per share...in 3 weeks, after this split they might get .10 cents for that same million...not hard to see why they might want to do this...So your either Guessing its not smoke and mirrors..or you work there..no one can "know" for sure... The above is just my opinion... In the end I hope we are all looking back and talking about these posts while we sip on FU-FU drinks on some island at the first anual ACHI shareholder Party..because for the newbs out there,,,This is also a possibility from playing penny stocks... later folks (Good Luck) The above is just my opinion.. mj

Don, Marc has said that KSI's revenues have been about 2.5 million. I also was surprised about the 600,000 Marc quoted seeming rather low. This due to his saying they are replacing low $ items with much higher priced ones. What I hope is happening is that the rev is only 600,000 due to the transition from low to higher priced work has temporarily kept revs down. Machines maybe idle for a short time while stopping low paying work and replacing it with higher paying work. Also, KSI's automotive work which is still a very large part of their work is the slowest in the summer months.
