God we love vinegar. The number one trick with that, is buy a good aged balsamic. Knock yourself out with good tasty bread dipped in vinegar for a fabulous snack. You know the vinegar moderates glycemic spikes right? It's a great thing to eat with breads and such, since it appears to reduce the risk of diabetes, and helps diabetics cope with high glycemic foods.

And as a slightly naughty snack the Newman's cookies and NEwman's spelt pretzels are great. We love the oreo type Neman's ginger-O's, hinto o mint, chocolate sandwich. And have you tried the Sahale snacks?
