Now THAT is a challenge! It's great if you can keep them from developing the junk tooth at an early age. I guess I owe my parents a bit of gratitude for denying me and my sister access to a ton of sweets or junk cereal growing up. Even though we moaned and groaned at times, to this day i have not developed a sweet tooth to speak of. I seem to have a "salt" tooth, and really like salt and spice.
Over the last year, not taking the time to eat well (taking advantage of "convenient food") has caused me to gain significant unwanted weight, and I developed a bit of a fat tooth. A few weeks ago, I took a good look at myself because my pants had gotten tight, and was amazed that I didn't really take notice earlier. We see what we want to see, I guess. Well this will not do....I was serious when i said that this thread has pushed me back over the edge to get myself together...
