The main focus of AlQuaida activity in Iraq is to foment sectarian violence (which it has been successful at), paint the US presence as an affront to Islam and recruit and train new jihadists....As long as the sectarian violence continues at its current levels, the country will never be stable. It does not take large numbers of Al Quaida to accomplish these goals....and the objective is not to win militarily which they know they can not do but to wear down US resolve.....which it may be able to do thanks to useful idiots like J. Chrissy poo.... J.
