1,000,000 X .01 = 10,000$$

1,000,000 X .10 = 100,000

seems to me for 1 million shares the take just went up 10 times..The Authorized number is not dropping they still have the same amount of shares to dispose of,,but now at higher prices..

Not saying that this company is scamming here..but probably 90% of the scams i've followed have done RS's and sold the stock back down...if there was no benefit to them they wouldn't bother with the trouble of the RS..seems to me they must get something out of it..

There is a difference. After the split the company will have a lot more shares. So selling one million shares after the split is not the equivalent of selling 7 million pre-split in terms of the percentage of shares that represents as well as the potential money they can get due to so many more shares at higher prices. Plus I don't think the company will "dump" many shares but now use them very judiciously.
