wayne, i sense an emotional attachment to the catholic church that has embedded some cognitive dissonance. let's talk about the kind of people who protect child rapists over children for decades. let's talk about the kind of people who approve of such actions with employment and promotions. let's talk about the current catholic management team. that's the problem. the whole catholic leadership is morally bankrupt. good trees don't yield child rapist protecting fruits. bad fruit does that. you do know they started keeping separate files for stuff like sex abuse cases - so they could turn over "the file" while being able to cast darkness on the crimes of their good ole boys network.
