NMS,

Ben has evolved to the point where he can just suck nutrients out of any person he is near.

He also uses TM to get from point A to point B, thus he has no need or awareness of the cost of fuel.

Of course this is total BS, but so is the CPI.

Not in the "core" inflation number, but food and energy count when recalculating Social Security and other pension payments geared to the CPI. Even there, however, the adjustments do not honestly reflect inflation.

Instead of a vacation house, I am heavily into DBA, the agricultural commodities ETF.
