I have no idea why or when you placed me on ignore many months ago, as you never had the courtesy to tell me why or when you did, and am not particularly interested in hearing your reasons 4 or 5 months later.
You made one of your rants against me which makes me confuse you with another person who has gained undying fame for their vicious rants. Fair enough? A search party has been dispatched to find that rant.

Now, although you choose to comment to me about my posts here, you have placed me back on ignore after making your comments, so I have no great desire to respond.
I never took you off. Did you think such was necessary to respond to a post? And why would you need to respond in PM anyway? Anything you have to say, say it publicly. I do.

That said, your comment referenced here makes no sense to me.
It wouldn't. It takes some logical thought.

Hint: Before drug coverage was added, SS was considered in danger of bankruptcy anyway because of the Baby Bust. Now you add a multi-trillion obligation with drug coverage. (I know the bill was promoted and signed by Bush. No one ever accused him of being able to do arithmetic. Anyway, it likely did get him reelected in 2004. What's the long-term good of the country compared to THAT???? :-) Medicare covers only seniors. What do you think the effect of expanding an innately bankrupt system to cover the entire population? Don't give me "Raise taxes". Money is fungible. You know it. I know it. The Congresscritters who vote for the bill to get reelected know it.

You wanna go into this? The systems you promote are a lot less wonderful than you believe.
