Independence Lead Mines

really a silver/lead/zinc miner in Coeur D'Alene territory

18.52% JV partner with Hecla run mine.

Over 100 million ozs. silver resource with further resource expansion expected. Plus plenty of lead and zinc.

Own 100% of a bordering property.

Current metals prices looking at earnings close to $1/share beginning around January 2008 or so.

Almost no shares out. (5.5 million)

MMs need to narrow the bid/ask. Too big a spread currently.

It may take a year but it will be interesting to see what lead does and how USA handles their lead circuit portion.

<The company will also initiate lead-silver mining later this year with the intention of hoisting this ore through the Coeur Shaft and processing the material at approximately 400 tons per day at the Coeur Mill. The company has recently signed a new off-take contract with TeckCominco to smelt the lead-silver concentrate starting in September of 2007.>

400 tons per day of 9% lead = 72,000 lbs of lead per day. I understand USA will not hedge their silve but may hedge the lead. Not sure why but that is what I heard.

Mr. Bruce Reid reports

U.S. SILVER CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF THE HISTORIC DAYROCK LEAD-SILVER MINE AND MILL

U.S. Silver Corp. has acquired the historic Dayrock lead-silver mine and mill facility located about 3.5 miles northeast of the company's Galena mining complex in the Silver Valley of north Idaho. The Dayrock operated intermittently from 1924 until 1977, having produced 155 million pounds of lead and 6.5 million ounces of silver. The total tonnage milled was 1,276,488 tons at an average grade of 6.07 per cent lead, 0.32 per cent zinc and 5.11 ounces of silver per ton. The purchase price for the 80-acre package was $175,000 (U.S.). There are no royalties on this property going forward. In addition, U.S. Silver has staked an additional 385 mining claims in the vicinity of Dayrock, increasing its land package in the Silver Valley by more than 7,000 acres to approximately 18,000 acres.>
