Unfortunately, the history of companies that do a reverse split generally do not produce a pretty picture. There are exceptions but generally speaking it just prolongs the death spiral. If the price begins to bleed in the first week or two after the split, I'd be in the camp that says that ACHI is not going to be one of the exceptions. I hope that's not the case. I have a little gambling money in the stock but I'm not optimistic that my dice roll will come up "7". I guess we'll see soon enough. Pat
