First, who is this 'we' you speak of. I am not a part of stealing anything, are you? Second, it is an entirely separate question than those I've asked you. The fact is we 'allow' every foreign country sovereinty over their oil but we negotiate every way we know how to get the best deal we can for America, Iraq is no different. Again, your use of the word 'allow' is loaded and inappropriate when applied to the oil business.
