ok. few things should be worked on. First the m&m. chocolate specially m&ms are not the best for you. That will be out of your diet from now on. Now, the egg rolls. yes, they do taste good. But they are greasy which is not the best for diet.
now, the hot mustard. Hot items including spicy food is bad for your stomach. on to the corona...
why only one? you need three of those :)

Yogurt in a cantalope. Some green tea. A lot of strawberries, cause they are cheap here. Couple pieces of potatoe bread toasted with butter. Ham sandwich, lite on the mayo. Finished some pork ginger stir fry left overs. Beer time now. Sierra Nevadas. Now thinking if I want to make carnitas out of the earlier pork cooked with onions and garlic. These family packs suck. Gotta lot meat what you going to do?

Funny, I watched that Sarah Silverman dvd, Jesus is Magic. kind of funny, I love her. But the point is, if you watch the special stuff. She always has all the blueberries, perfect grapes, watermelon etc. on the table.

Where is my caterer? I have ripe mangoes in the fridge 'cause I'm to lazy to peel them.
