Time for a couple of questions...
What is the difference?
Are they restricted shares that can't be sold for some time?
Trying to learn this stuff.

Those form 4's were not sold but acquired (options?).
In time for the vote without a shareholder meeting, for the reverse split. So the majority of shares outstanding (not authorized) is in management control.

Nothing new since the pre-announcement of 600k for the first quarter with KSI. I used the worse case that $13 million in
revenue per year is needed. Now it's much less.
