Nothing amuses me more than watching you guys celebrate failure.

Under Reagan the Dow went up over 150%. Under Clinton it went up over 250%. But under Bush, after nearly 7 years, it's up a measly 30% and you're jumping up and down?

I guess it shows just how badly this President is doing when you have to celebrate failures as if they're victories...
